What to Feed Bernedoodle Puppies?
Feed your Bernedoodle puppies with some good quality puppy food until the age of 8 months that is enriched with calcium. Calcium helps them grow teeth and bones. After 8 months, change their food gradually.
Usually, many people feed their puppies with raw food too, but it’s better to ask your vet before trying any new food item.

What to feed adult Bernedoodles?
There are a variety of items you can feed them including boiled food, raw fruits and vegetables, and some popular brands available. Let’s start with the boiled food first.
Chicken is one of the major sources of proteins for dogs and they should be fed with chicken often.
Instant Chicken and Rice Recipe:
The following recipe makes 7-8 servings for an adult dog of about 50 lbs.
- 5 lbs. chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
- 1 small beet
- 1½ cup of brown rice (uncooked)
How to prepare?
- Boil all the chicken in a pan for 20 minutes.
- Boil 1½ cup of brown rice.
- Cook the beet until soft, and then peel and puree.
Now, it’s ready. Simply, combine all the cooked items in a bowl and serve it to your Bernedoodle.

Instant Turkey Recipe for Bernedoodles:
- Boil half cup of small Turkey pieces for up to 30 minutes and then drain the water.
- Add 3 cups of boiled rice
- Add some oatmeal
- Add boiled sweet potatoes and mix it. You are done.
Now, divide it into 4 servings and you are good to feed this meal to your Bernedoodle every 5-6 hours.
